The tray is in as is condition. The tray does come off the table base. The measurements of the table base are as follows, height 17 1/2", length 26 1/2", and width 18". The top of the table base has a few scratches and a few small water stains approximately the size of water droplets. There are some nicks and scratches to the feet of the legs.
