ROYAL HILL MILLESON (AMERICAN, 1849-1935), OIL ON CANVAS, H 29", W 40", WESTERN LANDSCAPE:Signed lower left. Purchased from the artist by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Esentrot in Chicago in 1917 (grand parents of present owner). Includes book entitled: "The Artists' Point of View" by Royal Hill Milleson. Milleson inscribed book to the Esentrots. In new frame.
Craquelure in sky. Old repair to canvas. Frame does not fit correctly.
