Elaborate reticulated pedestal base with four cherubs in full relief perched on the center column and four helmeted heads (possibly Athena) resting at corners. Four scroll feet with gilt highlights. The top has a central bisque plaque in relief depicting a scene with Marie de Medicis (Queen of France and consort to Henry IV and regent for her son Louis XIII).
