The mantel clock offers ornate Neoclassical motifs with an urn finial atop ribbon and foliate motifs on a beveled base with rosette and cornucopia forms. The white enameled dial offers painted Roman numeral hour marks with Arabic numeral five-minute markers. With 'STE ANONYME DES BRONZES' to the 2-key wind dial. The backside of the clockwork has '1626', '77', and the 'MEDAILLE DE BRONZE - S. Marti et Cie' mark impressed to the metal. Circa 1860.
Finely casted bronze. Key not included. Pendulum not included. The front-facing back right leg is bent slightly inward with abrasion to the top and lower corner of the base. The dial is free from cracks and/or losses. The hinged back panel to the clockworks have cracks to the glass. DuMouchelles does not guarantee the working order of watches or clocks.
