Signed lower right, framed under glass. Frame Measurements (30"H x 38"W x 1"D) Born in Pontiac Michigan in 1952. He had served with the U.S. Military for over seven years and after his service, moved to the art world. Tom Freeman is a well known artist for his works in naval history, generally watercolors and acrylics. Over the span of his career, he had attracted much attention and was asked to display collections of his works in the Vatican, the Clandestine Immigration and Naval Museum in Haifa, Israel, and the Royal Palace of Bahrain. In 1986 Tom was asked to display his works in the White House where they currently reside. Signed lower left. Mr. Freeman passed away in 2015.
