TWO FRANK MCCARTHY OFFSET LITHOGRAPH TRIPTYCHS, H 16"-17", L 56"-57":Frank McCarthy (American, 1924-2002). A group of two offset lithograph triptychs, comprising: "The Pursuit", depicting the B troop of the 4th Calvary galloping through the Huacha Mountains, having hand-colored additions to matting, each print signed in plate, the middle print numbered 398/650 lower left corner, the two smaller prints measuring 15" x 11" each, the larger middle print measuring 15" x 29", measuring overall 16" x 56"; and "On the Old North Trail", depicting a Blackfoot war party, having hand-colored additions to matting, each print signed in plate, the middle print signed and numbered 320/650 lower right, the two smaller prints measuring 16" x 13" each, the larger middle print measuring 16" x 27", and overall measuring 17" x 57". Accompanied by the original invoice for "On the Old North Trail" from GWS Galleries of Carmel, CA., as well as the original documentation for "On the Old North Trail" from Greenwich Workshop; all to be found in the consignment area.
