Receiver marked 'U.S. Rifle Cal. .30 M1 Springfield Armory 2599832'. Bolt marked 'D28287-2SA J8'. Rear peep sight with adjustable windage and elevation knobs. Blade front sight. Original wood stock stamped 'P' at the grip and an illegible stamp below the receiver. Storage compartment in the butt plate contains two maintenance tools. Overall length 43". Includes a leather shoulder strap that is stamped 'RIA 1941'. Also includes a khaki canvas soft case.
