Unmarked Emerson silver grip staff & field officer sword. Iron proof on spine, maker's mark on ricasso has worn. Wire-wrapped silver grip with brass guard decorated with scrolling floral designs and "U.S.". Etched blade designed with crossed arms and standards, winged eagle and "E Pluribus Unum". Blade length 32". From the collection of famous collector and author Kevin Hoffman. Includes metal scabbard with brass mountings.
