Multi-colored beaded apron having a striped pattern. Having tassels accented with cowry shells, bronze bells and British West African 1/10 pennies with dates ranging from 1920 to 1940. Provenance: Estate of Raymond C. Maison, US Department of State Foreign Service 1955-1982. Maison collected art objects during his service in Europe, the Middle East, Israel, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Uganda, Gambia, Ghana, Legos, Nigeria, and Thailand.
