Receiver stamped with a flaming bomb and star. Receiver also marked "U.S. Model of 1917 Winchester". Bolt stamped with a flaming bomb. The end of the barrel is marked with a flaming bomb, W, and 10-17. Full-length stock bearing an eagle headstamp in front of the receiver and behind the trigger guard. The stock is also stamped "STROSE C.W.V. POST 322" (likely Catholic War Veterans) near the metal butt plate. Having an adjustable rear peep sight with a fixed front sight with protectors. Includes soft carrying case. Provenance: Property of a Harrison Township, MI private collector.
