Signed lower center, with YVR116, YVARAL, titled "MONA LISA SYNTHETISEE", dated "1991", signed "Yvaral", and MM496 all on verso. Framed and matted 37" x 26". Accompanied by a hand written letter titled Mona Lisa Synthetisee from the artist Yvaral stating that this maquette was presented to the mayor of Paris, Mr. Jacques Chirac, in order to be realized as a 12 x 9 meter mural made of sheets of lacquered aluminum, situated on the rue du Louvre in Paris. This work, commissioned by the city of Paris, led to the created of two other integrations, Saint Vincent de Paul, on the rue du Faubourge Saint denis and Charles de Gaulle at Levallois. This letter is dated Paris, April 28, 1993.
