Stylized human head extending into an elongated beak form. Metal tacks used for the eyes; some other examples note brass headed iron tacks used as decorative elements. Open work headdress or coiffure of eight strands meeting in a central bun. Each strand decorated with short, incised lines. Hole pierced below the nose and on the right ear. Relatively tall neck in comparison to rest of figure. Overall height of this figure is notable. Mounted on a spherical base. Heavier patina on back of head and neck point to past use of shrine figure, as medicinal substances would have been placed in the cavities of the figure's head and oil, likely palm oil, would have been applied to the surface of the figure.
