An archaic Chinese bronze wine vessel. Presented on three spay legs. With a band of motifs on the perimeter of the basin. Attributable to the Shang Dynasty. Provenance: Collection of Cruse W. and Virginia Patton Moss, Ann Arbor, Michigan.


With corrosion and verdigris throughout the bronze. The terracotta pot has many fractures, repairs, and chipping throughout.
