CHINESE QIANLONG ENAMEL SEAL PASTE BOX, 19TH/20TH C., DIA 1 1/2":Of compressed globular form, the cover with a figural roundel depicting a traveling man in a forest, surrounded by a border of red scrolls on a yellow ground, the bottom with the same border, interrupted by three floral cartouches. With four-character Qianlong mark to underside.
With loss to decoration, surface scratches and staining. Some pitting is visible on enamel interior of box.
