CHINOISERIE PAPER MACHE TEA CADDY, 19TH C., H 4 1/2", W 7", L 4 1/2":Having a hinged top with Mandarin scenes. Interior is black lacquered with a gilt palm frond design.
Condition
The tea caddy has chips to the lacquer along the edge of the top medallion and noticeable chips along the edge of the base. There are cracks in the lacquer along the body. RB 2-28-17
