ENGLISH CARVED WALNUT GRANDFATHER CLOCK, C. 1927, H 85", W 20 1/2", D 14 1/8":Having a carved walnut case with a projecting arched cornice supported by columnar pilasters tipped with acanthus leaves, the door and returns fitted with glass panels. The gilt and metal dial with Arabic numbers, signed to bottom "W.T. Conklin" and dated 1927. The works with musical pipes playing Whittington, St. Michael, or Westminster chimes. The movement stamped "Made in England" and having an accompanying unidentified symbol.
