ENGLISH ELM 18TH.C. SIDE TABLE H 30" L 60" D 25":Two drawers in frieze. Brass drawer pulls. Lower connecting stretchers. Purchased in England in 1986. See purchase receipt.
Condition
The top consist of two pieces of wood fitted together. The seam where they are connected has separated with age. There is old worm damage throughout the table. The interior center supports between the drawers have been replaced, they are secured with screws. Possibly a 19th century repair. The table top has many gouges and scratches from age and use.
