Framed Letter Signed By Former Washington Congressman Don Bonker, November 18th, 1982, H 12.25'' W 26.25'' A letter addressed to Charlotte Staelin, Director of the New England Congressional Institute, thanking her for her help in passing the Export Trading Company Act. Pen signed Don Bonker at the bottom. Framed as a tryptic with a page detailing the act and a page with printed signatures of Thomas 'Tip' O'Neill, Strom Thurmond and Ronald Reagan.
