The mark of "Konigliche Porzellan Manufaktur, Berlin" in blue to underside From the Estate of Daniel Clancy, Voltaire Place, Grosse Pointe Farms. Small isolated areas of loss to gilt decoration throughout. Appears to be in good used condition.
