MEISSEN PORCELAIN ALLEGORICAL FIGURES, C.1900, 4 PIECES, H 5 - 5 1/2", 'THE FOUR SEASONS':A set of 4 figures modeled as allegories of Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter, hand painted and raised on a scroll-molded base; each is marked in blue underglaze with blue crossed swords, incised: A64, 43; 2716, 1151; A67, 297; and A71, 49, respectively (see additional photo).
The figure in the ermine coat has a repaired skate.
