SCHEIBE-ALSBACH PAINTED PORCELAIN MONKEY ORCHESTRA H 4 3/4" TO 7":Includes standing figures of monkeys wearing 18th century clothing, playing instruments including: trumpet, French horn, bagpipes, clarinet, cello, bassoon, violin, and drum, directed by a conductor. Each marked with maker's mark, and impressed numbers to underside. A total of 9 pieces.
Condition
The Monkey playing the violin has had his bow restored, otherwise he is in good condition. The Monkey playing the bagpipe, has had the pipe and his thumbs restored. The restorations are well done. All the others are in good condition. TW 4-4-17
