MINTONS JAPONISME ENAMELED PORCELAIN VASES, C.1880, PAIR, H 5 1/4", DIA 3":A mauve colored ground with enameled moon form panels of swimming fish and checkered designs; raised on an attached round gilt base. Impressed MINTONS and 'C', and gilt printed globe mark (see additional photo).
Slight wear to the gilt about the bases and rims; discolored streaks across the shoulders of each vase.
