Pewabic Pottery (American, 1903) Iridescent Glazed Vase, H 10.75'' Dia. 6.25'' | Having a rounded lip on a bulbous bodice. Boasting a palette of cobalt, lavender, and turquoise tones rendered in an iridescent drip glaze. Stamped "PEWABIC DETROIT" on underside, dating this piece to 1910-1967. Provenance: Property of a Prominent Metro Detroit Collector of Pewabic Pottery.
When viewed under UV light, no losses or conservation efforts were observed. With a consistent matrix of crazing throughout.
