SEVRES PORCELAIN CABINET PLATE, D 9 1/2":Depicting Louis XV, signed "Debrie" with gold trefoil decoration around scalloped rim, signed at back "France" in red , titled "Louis XV" and having Sevres blue underglaze mark. Also, having red "Versa" and marked '23" in red.
It appears that the base colors of the image are transferware, but then the highlights and decorations are hand-painted
