MATTHEWS, BIRMINGHAM, 1906-07, L 4":Rectangular sterling silver card case with hinged cover, foliate motif overall, centered by engraved initial B on both sides; hallmarks include an anchor, lion passant, and date letter "g", as well as maker's mark "HM" (for H. Matthews, see additional photo). Measures L.4" x 2 3/4". Weighs approximately 1.73 troy oz. From the estate of Barbara K. Wrigley of Grosse Pointe Farms.
