Serial number 678272 dates this shotgun to 1920. Barrel is stamped "CYL", "PW" in a circle. Pump arm is stamped "Model 1897 Winchester Trade Mark Reg. in U.S. Pat. Off.". Wood stock is stamped 424 and the receiver is stamped "US" above a flaming bomb. Having a leather strap. This lot includes an additional heat shield as well as an M1905 bayonet having a 16" blade. This bayonet is stamped "RIA 1910" and "US 185573". The leather bayonet scabbard is stamped R.I.A. 1907 J.E.N. and R.I.A. 1921.
