Framed and floated under acrylic. The USFA (United States Food Administration) was created during WWI to promote the domestic consumption of corn over more valuable items such as beef that was shipped overseas to the soldiers. USFA Medallion stamp upper right corner in margin. "The Strobridge Lith. Co. Cincinnati, O & New York" lower right edge. "No. 16" lower left corner edge.
