LEAD-GLAZED CREAMWARE PLATES, 3 PIECES:A group of three lead-glazed creamware plates. Probably late 18th century. Comprising: one scalloped-edged plate with green and yellow decoration on a brown spongeware ground, dia. 9 7/8"; one plate having tortoiseshell glaze with a molded border design, dia. 9 1/4"; and one plate with molded scalloped-edge and translucent gray ground and splashes of brown and yellow, dia. 7 3/4".

Plate with 9 7/8" dia. : With painted repair to edge, approximately 4 1/4" in length. Having crazing and surface scratches throughout. Plate with 9 1/4" dia. : With repair to edge, having five metal rivets. Having crazing and surface scratches throughout, and isolated instances of firing blisters.
Plate with 7 3/4" dia. : Having isolated firing blisters and crazing throughout
