A PAIR OF GOTHIC REVIVAL GILT METAL LANTERN SCONCES, 20TH C., H 12 1/2", D 5 1/2":A pair of Arts & Crafts-style sconces, each in the Gothic Revival taste, with openwork crown supports joining the circular lanterns having white glass and metal overlay, hanging from a hook decorated en suite. No apparent markings.
The glass with a few surface scratches and surface soiling consistent with age and gentle handling. The metal throughout with some light surface wear and rubbing and with surface soiling and minor discoloration consistent with age and use.
